• Handle inbound calls from members regarding account inquiries and new product requests.
• Provide consultative sales to offer additional products and services.
• Use multiple computer applications to view account data, perform transactions, and record adjustments.
• Maintain a knowledgeable and professional approach in every member interaction.
• Achieve and adhere to all contact center performance standards, metrics, and goals.
• Respond promptly to member requests and comply with established credit union policies and processes.

Hybrid schedule:
Monday–Friday 7:00am–10:00pm EST and Saturdays 8:00am–5:00pm EST. Full‑time candidates must be available to work 40 hours per week, including both on‑site time in Orlando, FL, and remote work.

• Experience working in a hybrid schedule.
• Proficient typing and simultaneous verbal communication skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot common computer and tool issues on widely used operating systems and browsers.
• Comfortable with new and emerging technologies.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication, including phone etiquette.
• Teamwork abilities.
