barre3 is seeking a Customer Service & Social Engagement Lead to be the frontline voice for subscribers and the guardian of the client experience. Based in the Portland area, you will support online subscribers and triage studio inquiries, with a focus on proactive self-service content.
You will own the Intercom Help Center, manage social channels (Instagram, Tik Tok, You Tube), coordinate franchise routing, and gather feedback for product teams.
