Progressive Leasing is seeking bilingual remote collections agents to join our team. This full-time, work-from-home role requires you to handle outbound and inbound calls to collect past-due accounts and provide top-tier customer service across our software platforms.
Starting compensation is $14.25 per hour plus a monthly bonus, with a 5% pay increase for verified Spanish fluency. Training is 5 weeks, Monday–Friday, 8:30AM–5:00PM, followed by full-time shifts.
