Right now, we are looking for a candidate to join our team of insurance professionals to service our customers by helping them protect their homes, cars, and lives. Your role will involve responding to client inquiries, resolving issues, and providing expert guidance on insurance policies and claims procedures. NO SALES, this is a customer service role.

• Provide exceptional customer service to our policyholders, addressing their inquiries and requests promptly and accurately.
• Assist clients in understanding their insurance policies, explaining coverage details, and answering any questions they may have.
• Process policy changes and endorsements with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Collaborate with other team members to resolve customer issues and ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Build and maintain relationships with our policyholders, demonstrating empathy, patience, and professionalism at all times.
• Assist in customer claims processing and resolution.

• Licensed Agent:
  Must have a valid insurance license in Michigan.
