Location: Memphis
St. Jude Children's Research Hospital - ALSAC is seeking a donor services specialist for remote work in the USA. You will service donors and manage relationships across phone, email, chat, text, and social media to support fundraising efforts consistent with our mission of saving children.
Working hours are Monday to Friday, 10:30 AM–7:00 PM CT. Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred. You will build rapport, resolve donor inquiries, process gifts, and help volunteers and coordinators achieve
