Humana is seeking an Inbound Contacts Representative 2 to support members and providers on the Dental and Go365 teams from a remote setting. You will answer benefit questions, resolve concerns, and guide customers through next steps, reporting to the Inbound Contacts Supervisor within the Consumer Contacts area.
You will handle 40+ inbound calls daily in a back-to-back call center, document interactions, escalate when needed, and meet quality, productivity, and customer experience standards.
