Conduent is hiring a Call Center Representative – Medicaid Member Support for remote work in South Carolina. You will be the first point of contact for Medicaid members, answering questions, guiding applications, and providing accurate information with empathy.
The role offers 40 hours per week, paid training, equipment provided, and a full benefits package from day one. You must meet minimum call center experience, pass assessments, and work a daytime EST schedule after training.
