Disabled Veteran Solutions (DVS) is seeking a Remote Customer Service Representative to support tolling services via phone, email, text, and chat. You will handle inquiries, process tolls and disputes, and guide customers through status checks with accuracy and empathy.
This full-time role requires high-speed internet, a dedicated workspace, and strict attendance in training and nesting. Training runs 9/11/2026 for about 3 weeks, with a schedule of 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM EST, Monday through Friday.
