Vaco by Highspring is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to join a remote, high-volume call center team. The role involves handling inbound calls, making outbound calls when needed, updating customer information, and guiding customers through multiple systems.
The position is 100% remote with equipment provided, a Monday–Friday schedule from 8am–5pm, and a contract through February 2026 with a quarterly bonus opportunity.
