Location: Northern
Helpful Remote is seeking a bilingual (Spanish/English) customer representative to handle inbound calls for clients enrolled in a financial hardship program. After a four-week training, you will resolve client requests and document interactions in our CRM while supporting a high-volume call center.
This remote US-based role requires at least one year of call center experience, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and reliable high-speed internet for a distraction-free home workspace.
