Maximus in the Dallas/Fort Worth area is hiring Customer Service Specialists to support our Health Texas project. You will deliver customer care and benefit enrollment services via telephone, IVR and web portals, and participate in paid training to ensure you can perform with accuracy and professionalism.
This is a full-time role with hybrid and fully remote options. Residency in Texas near Dallas/Fort Worth is required, and Day 1 onsite training is needed.
