Humana is seeking an Inbound Contacts Representative 2 to join our Dental and Go365 teams. This remote role has you handling calls from members and providers, answering benefit questions, resolving concerns, and guiding them through next steps with empathy and accuracy.
Training starts October 2026 with six weeks of 8:30 AM–5:00 PM ET, then an 8-hour shift between 8:00 AM and 9:00 PM ET, Monday through Friday.
