ConnectureDRX is seeking a Customer Success Coordinator to join our growing team. This remote role supports Medicare customers by coordinating with internal teams, handling requests, and assisting with reporting during the annual implementation cycle.
You will provide project support, communicate issues and solutions, and help manage schedules, communications, and documentation. Preference will be given to CST/EST time zones, but applicants nationwide in the US are welcome.
