As a Remote Client Representative, you'll help individuals and families better understand the benefits and coverage options available to them.

Your responsibilities may include:

• Meet with clients through scheduled Zoom and phone appointments

• Connect with individuals who have requested benefit information

• Ask questions to understand each client's needs and priorities

• Explain available life, accident, and supplemental health insurance options

• Answer questions clearly and professionally

• Provide needs-based coverage recommendations

• Assist clients through applications and enrollment

• Conduct applicable benefit and policy reviews

• Assist with beneficiary updates and service requests

• Maintain accurate digital client records

• Provide professional follow-up and ongoing support

• Build long-term client relationships through trust and exceptional service
