Same schedule as your trainer
- Work Fully Remote
- Shift: 12:30 PM - 9:00 PM
- Answer inbound calls from individuals seeking assistance and support.
- Listen with empathy and identify community resources that fit callers' needs.
- Provide referrals for services such as housing, food assistance, healthcare, utility assistance, childcare, employment resources, and more.
- Document interactions and maintain accurate records.
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Compassionate, patient, and professional demeanor
- Comfortable handling sensitive conversations
- Basic computer skills and ability to multitask
This is a Permanent position based out of Detroit, MI.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
