HCLTech is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. The role is full-time and offers remote work after approximately 2–3 weeks of in-office training in El Paso, with occasional travel onsite for trainings or client meetings.
The candidate should be bilingual (Spanish/English), have a HS diploma or GED, and be proficient in MS Office and CRM systems. Must be capable of handling irate customers with composure. Pay ranges from $27,000 to $32,000 annually plus benefits.
