Maximus is seeking a bilingual Customer Service Specialist to support our Health Texas project with customer care and benefit enrollment services via phone, IVR, and web portals. Paid training is provided to ensure high levels of knowledge and professionalism.
This Full-time, fully remote role offers a path to growth and comprehensive benefits. Ideal candidates are fluent in Spanish and English, capable of handling 100+ calls daily, and able to work 8-hour shifts within CST hours.
