Remote Telehealth Veterinarian Opportunity

We’re looking for licensed veterinarians to join our growing telehealth network as we launch our services in Germany and Ireland. If you’re passionate about supporting pet parents and can commit 4+ hours per week, this part-time, fully remote role could be a great fit. In this role, you’ll provide peace of mind and expert guidance to pet parents through scheduled telehealth visits, all from the comfort of your home.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Monitoring our portal, conducting scheduled visits, fielding teletriage requests and responding to inquiries with empathy and professionalism
  • Conducting video visits about canine and feline health problems
  • Completing follow-ups, including case documentation and administrative tasks
  • Ensuring compliance with Airvet’s best practices, service-level agreements (SLAs), and visit guidelines
  • Collaborating with internal teams to improve processes and address operational challenges
  • Taking on additional duties as needed to support the Care Team

What would make you a strong fit for the role?

  • 2+ years of clinical experience as a veterinarian
  • DVM or equivalent degree
  • Valid registration / license to practice
  • A reliable internet connection and quiet workspace
  • Smartphone and desktop computer or laptop necessary
  • Detail-oriented with a strong ability to follow training and protocol
  • Comfortable using desktop and mobile apps; highly proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail, etc.)
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently with sound judgment
  • Adaptable and energized by a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment
  • A compassionate communicator and creative problem-solver who strives to deliver outstanding client experiences
  • Creative problem-solver who continuously seeks improvements.
  • Passionate about delivering excellent customer experiences and supporting pet parents through challenges.
