Maximus is seeking a Remote - Work at Home Customer Service Representative to support FEMA by handling calls and assisting applicants for disaster assistance from the designated area.
Ideal candidates will have at least 6 months of customer service experience, be US citizens, and able to pass a federal background check. Equipment will be provided and pickup is required at our McAllen, TX office before start date.
