QVC Group, Inc. is seeking a remote Customer Service Specialist to support HSN customers from home in Virginia. You will assist both Spanish and English speakers, manage a high volume of inbound calls, and promote products while de-escalating issues.
You will report to a Customer Service Supervisor and cover weekend shifts as needed. The position starts at $15.00 per hour with a $0.60 bilingual differential and additional incentives where applicable.
