REI Co-op is seeking a seasonal Customer Service Representative to join our remote call center. This role supports REI Members, handles inbound calls, and helps customers find friendly, knowledgeable solutions while leveraging REI product passion.
You’ll train virtually, work flexible hours, and be part of a team that values outdoors, service, and reliability. The position ends January 9, 2027, with scheduled shifts across PST hours.
