ConnectureDRX is seeking a Customer Success Coordinator to join our growing team. You will help manage incoming requests from customers, coordinate with internal teams to address requests and issues, and handle reporting during the annual implementation cycle for Medicare customers.
This remote role welcomes candidates anywhere in the US. Preference given to those able to work in CST/EST time zones, with opportunities to support projects and documentation efforts.
