Generac Power Systems Inc. is seeking a Customer Experience Technical Representative who delivers the company’s “Customer First” promise. The role requires understanding technical product information to provide accurate information and final resolution, with training in Wisconsin.
This remote position follows a Thursday-to-Monday shift pattern and includes hands-on on-site training for 4-6 weeks. Shifts run 8 hours, starting between 7:00am CT and 10:00am CT according to the schedule.
