Customer Service Representative

Sagility is hiring a work-from-home Customer Service Representative to support healthcare members and patients via phone, email, and chat. In this role, you will handle benefit questions, claims issues, and eligibility inquiries, accurately document interactions, and follow HIPAA and company guidelines. You will use multiple systems to research information, resolve concerns, and escalate complex cases as needed. Success in this position requires strong communication, basic medical/insurance terminology, computer proficiency, and a commitment to accuracy, empathy, and exceptional member experiences in a fast-paced virtual environment.

Responsibilities

• Respond to member and patient inquiries via phone, email, and chat
• Provide accurate information on healthcare benefits, eligibility, and claims
• Research and resolve routine issues using multiple computer systems
• Document all interactions clearly and completely in CRM tools
• Follow HIPAA, compliance, and data privacy requirements
• Escalate complex or urgent issues to appropriate teams
• Meet or exceed productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction metrics
• Participate in training and coaching sessions to improve performance
