Customer Service Representative

Sagility is seeking a Work from Home Customer Service Representative to support members and patients for leading healthcare organizations. In this remote role, you will handle high-volume inbound calls, respond to benefit and claim inquiries, update member records, and provide accurate information with empathy and professionalism. You'll follow HIPAA and compliance guidelines, use multiple computer systems to research issues, and escalate complex cases as needed.

Responsibilities

• Respond to high-volume inbound calls from healthcare members and patients
• Provide accurate information on benefits, claims, and authorizations
• Document interactions and update member records in multiple systems
• Follow HIPAA, privacy, and compliance guidelines at all times
• Resolve routine issues and escalate complex cases appropriately
• Use knowledge base tools and scripts to guide member interactions
• Meet or exceed performance metrics for quality, accuracy, and productivity
• Collaborate with supervisors and teammates to improve processes
• Participate in training and coaching to develop healthcare expertise
