Location: Columbia
The Bowen Group is hiring experienced online call center customer service representatives to support the Veterans Experience Office at the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs. This is a 100% virtual position, with location within 60-minute drive to VA facilities for training and equipment pickup.
Training is conducted on camera in an interactive classroom environment. Full‑time work with 24/7 shift coverage, starting at $17.75 per hour plus 11 paid holidays and benefits.
