[Customer Service Rep / Remote] - Anywhere in U.S. / Up to $30.53-hr DOE/ Monday
- Friday, 11:00 am to 8:00 pm EST / Medical-Dental-Vision / PTO / Paid training
- As a Client Support Specialist, you will: provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and live chat; troubleshoot and resolve issues related to insurance policies, claims, and billing; accurately document all customer interactions and transactions in the company database; assist with policy renewals, cancellations, and updates; escalate complex issues to the appropriate department for resolution; maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy while handling customer inquiries;
work remotely from home and adhere to a set schedule;
