Location: Northern
Glen Raven, Inc. through Trivantage is seeking a Remote Customer Care Representative who is fluent in English and Spanish. You will handle inquiries via phone, email, and chat, process orders, and provide product information while delivering reliable service to customers across channels.
You will work between 7:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. Pacific Time and collaborate with Sales, Supply Chain, and CX leadership to maintain brand standards.
