Alliance One, a Teleperformance subsidiary, is seeking a Customer Service Supervisor (Call Center) in Maumee, OH. The role pays $17.00 per hour and schedules Monday–Friday from 10:45 am to 7:15 pm.
You will guide a team to meet performance, quality, end-user satisfaction, and client metrics, reviewing performance and coaching Agents as needed. There is a possibility this could be a work-at-home position if selected to manage home-based Agents, with supervision and policy adherence.
