Karbon is hiring a Customer Success Manager to own a portfolio of accounting-firm customers. You will provide consultative advice, lead projects that deliver value, and act as a bridge to Product and GTM teams. This remote role in the US/Canada includes travel to client sites (approx. 5–10%).
With 2–3+ years in a B2B SaaS enablement role, you’ll translate Karbon capabilities into day-to-day value, manage renewals, and identify expansion opportunities to drive growth and customer success.
