US Foods is seeking a Customer Service Associate to serve National Sales customers, processing orders and addressing inquiries in a hybrid role across the Southeast region. Expect ~90% remote work with ~10% onsite at distribution centers, including Jackson, MS, and other listed locations.
The role requires at least three years in a customer service call center, excellent verbal communication, and proficiency with Word/Outlook; CRM/phone tech experience is preferred. Overtime is included.
