Connecture is seeking a Customer Success Coordinator to join our growing team. You will manage incoming requests from customers, coordinate with internal teams to address requests and issues, and support projects during the annual Medicare implementations.
This is a remote role welcoming candidates anywhere in the US; CST/EST time zone preferred. You will assist with reporting, scheduling, communications, and liaising between departments to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
