Location: South Fulton
REI Co-op is hiring a seasonal customer service representative for a remote call center role. You will handle inbound calls, provide guidance, and use your outdoor product knowledge to assist customers and members from home.
Schedule includes targeting a 24+ hour work week with potential weekend days, plus two-week training groups. Seasonal end date is January 9, 2027. Must reside in a state with an REI retail location for the duration of the position.
