Transight Systems is seeking a remote customer support specialist to assist online and phone-based inquiries from North Indian-based customers in installing and configuring Transight GPS Tracking devices. You will educate users on device usage and features, and resolve complaints with practical solutions.
Required is a Graduate with fluent Hindi or fluent English, at least 1 year in customer support, and immediate joiner. Work-from-home, Sundays off, PF and ESI benefits are provided.
