Trivantage, a division of Glen Raven, is recruiting a Customer Care Representative (Bilingual) to be a frontline contact for customers across phone, email, and chat. You will work remotely, delivering easy, exceptional service for orders, inquiries, and product information, and collaborate with Sales, Supply Chain, and CX leadership to maintain brand standards.
The role requires bilingual English/Spanish fluency and is scheduled 7:30 a.m.–4:30 p.m. Pacific Time.
