Our client, a leading organization in the automotive industry, is seeking a dedicated and empathetic Call Center Customer Service Representative to join their team. As a vital part of the Customer Support Department supporting customer engagement initiatives, the ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills, a customer-centric mindset, and the ability to build trust quickly, which will align successfully within the organization.

** Monday to Friday, 8AM - 5PM PST

** What's the Job?*
* + Engage with customers who have experienced multiple dealership visits to acknowledge their experience and provide support

+ Confirm and update customer contact information accurately within Salesforce CRM

+ Explain goodwill assistance programs and set clear expectations for next steps

+ Identify and address any remaining customer concerns through active listening and empathy

+ Document customer interactions thoroughly and follow established processes for follow-up

** What's Needed?*
* + Strong customer-facing experience, preferably in contact centers, customer care, or escalation environments

+ Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills

+ Ability to handle difficult or emotionally charged interactions professionally and empathetically

+ Critical thinking and problem-solving capabilities

+ High attention to detail and ability to work independently following guidelines
