Blade HQ in Marion, VA is seeking a Customer Service Representative to help our knife and outdoor gear community. You will answer phones and emails, educate customers about products, and assist in-store patrons to select the right blade.
The role is full-time and on-site with hours from 10am to 7pm Tuesday–Friday and 8am to 5pm Saturday. Starting pay is $15.00 per hour, with background check and drug screening required.
