US Foods is seeking a Customer Service Liaison to provide contact between National Sales customers and the sales team. You will process incoming orders and respond to inquiries in a timely manner, following guidelines to meet service agreements and quality requirements.
The role includes back-up to Sales Coordinator and occasional on-site work at Central Region distribution centers. The position is hybrid, with about 90% remote work and 10% onsite, typically once per month for training.
