GE Appliances, a Haier company, seeks a Remote Consumer Advocate to resolve escalated customer service issues for GE Appliances consumers. You will coordinate with internal departments to provide satisfactory resolutions and deliver a high-quality service experience.
Training lasts 10 weeks full-time, Monday–Friday 8:30 AM–5:00 PM (CST). After training, you’ll work an 8-hour shift within 7:00 AM–6:00 PM CST, Monday–Friday, earning $17.00 per hour with incentives based on quality scores.
