DxTx Pain & Spine is seeking a remote Customer Service Representative to support new patients, schedule visits, and educate patients about treatment options from home. This full-time, Monday–Friday role offers a consistent daytime schedule and a $18.00/hour wage with a remote stipend.
You will handle inbound calls, answer questions about care choices, and follow established policies while tracking campaign results and contributing ideas to marketing efforts.
