Answer Net is seeking remote customer service representatives to handle daily inbound calls and occasional outbound contacts for multiple client programs. You will document interactions, update records, and maintain high service levels while following program guidelines and company policies. Requirements include at least one year in a call center, clear communication, and strong attendance.
Bilingual Spanish/English is a plus. A high school diploma or GED and basic computer skills are expected.
