O.R. TRAX is seeking a Customer Success Manager (CSM) for a national remote role. You will protect the base by managing and supporting existing customers to drive retention, expansion, and adherence to product workflows within hospitals and ASCs.
Educate customers with hands-on training, lead launches from contract to go-live, and coordinate with distributors. Travel up to 25–50% to support deployments. Your work directly impacts operating room efficiency, patient safety, and hospital throughput.
