Con Serve is seeking a bilingual Spanish customer service associate for a work-from-home role. You will initiate first-party calls on behalf of clients, gather information, and help consumers resolve questions about their accounts.
The right candidate will be fluent in Spanish and English, have customer service experience, and be able to work Monday–Friday 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM EST, from a secure home office. Confidentiality is essential.
