Artifact Uprising is seeking a Seasonal Customer Support Coordinator to assist customers during our peak season. You will primarily handle email and live chat, answer questions, resolve issues, and help people create meaningful projects.
This role offers hands-on experience in ecommerce operations and CX initiatives, with a full seasonal contract Oct–Jan and a 38–40 hour workweek. Remote work requires a dedicated workspace and reliable internet.
