Location: Iowa
Aspen Dental is seeking a Spanish bilingual Scheduling Center Agent to join our remote team, delivering appointment scheduling and patient access to care.
You will handle high-volume inbound calls, guide patients through options, and work with the calls center to meet service goals while maintaining HIPAA compliance. High school diploma and English/Spanish proficiency are required; some evening/weekend shifts may apply.
