Jack Henry & Associates, Inc. is seeking a Fraud Center Agent to handle inbound calls about debit, credit, and ATM fraud in a fast-paced, 24/7 environment.
This remote role requires you to live within approximately a 70-mile radius of our Allen, TX office and to be onsite for onboarding on day one. Ideal candidates will have at least 1 year of customer service experience, excellent communication, a reliable 25 Mbps/10 Mbps internet connection, and a quiet workspace.
