Generac is seeking a Customer Experience Technical Representative to deliver our Customer First promise. You will use product knowledge to answer questions, guide customers, and resolve issues remotely from Wisconsin, with on-site training required.
Shifts run Thursday through Monday, 8 hours starting between 7:00am and 10:00am CT; travel occasional. A high school diploma and 1 year of customer service or technical troubleshooting are required; training lasts 4–6 weeks.
