Invicti Security is seeking a Federal Enterprise Customer Success Manager based in Washington, DC. You will own post-sales success for US federal clients, driving adoption, renewals, and expansion through strong relationships and strategic planning.
You’ll collaborate across Sales, Marketing, Product, Engineering and Development to ensure customer value is realized. A self-starter attitude, 2–3 years in SaaS customer success, and travel readiness are key.
