Location: New York
talentpluto is seeking an experienced Customer Success professional to join as the first post-sales hire for enterprise customers. You will own the early-stage CS function, shape processes, and set the standard for how we drive retention and adoption across strategic accounts.
The role is remote with a path to be onsite in San Francisco by August. You should have 2–5 years of startup CS experience, a collaborative mindset, and a track record as an early CS hire at a growing company.
