UNC Health seeks a MyChart Help Desk Specialist to provide patient-facing technical and customer support for the MyChart portal. You will assist patients with navigating MyChart, resolving access issues, and responding to CRM messages, while helping schedule appointments with a PCP.
You will also manage work queues for prospective patients and CRM requests to ensure timely follow‑up. This role offers Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM with fully remote work and a 40-hour workweek.
